Coriander tea: Just like the fennel tea, you can have coriander tea. It is simple to prepare. You need to boil one cup of water with one tablespoon of coriander seed. As the water starts reducing, you should put the vessel off the flame and drain out the water in a cup and drink it.  Having it three times in a day will be advisable.

Raisins: Well, this is one of the easiest ways of treating edema. You can soak a handful of raisins and let it overnight. Have them early in the morning empty stomach when they have swollen.

Yoghurt: This is another important way of taking care of edema. You can make it a ritual to have yoghurt before every meal. This will reduce the retention of water in the spaces of tissues. Yoghurt has water absorption quality.

Apple cider vinegar: Apple cider vinegar is an important ingredient in our home. It is one of the best home remedies to treat edema in a few days. You should add one tablespoon of this vinegar to a luke warm glass of water. Drinking this every morning and that too, in empty stomach will give you the best result.
